Welcome to Your First Spreadsheet Experience
If you have never used a spreadsheet discovery platform before, the Usfans Spreadsheet interface might look different from traditional shopping sites. Do not worry. This beginner spreadsheet guide walks you through every element step by step, turning you from a first-time visitor into a confident browser within minutes.
Your First Three Clicks
The journey begins on the homepage where you will see a hero section with two primary actions. Click Browse Spreadsheet to enter the main discovery dashboard, or select a specific category card that catches your eye. Either path leads to the same structured data view with different starting filters applied.
Step 1: Choose a Category
The category grid on the homepage displays ten fashion segments as color-coded cards. Each card shows a preview image, the category name, and two related article links. Click any card to enter that category's dedicated spreadsheet view.
Step 2: Understand the Columns
| Category / Feature | Description | Performance |
|---|---|---|
| Product Name | The item title with quick-view link | Always visible |
| Category | Parent fashion segment assignment | Filterable |
| Popularity | View count ranking from 1 to 100 | Sortable |
| Trend Score | Real-time engagement metric 0-100 | Color-coded |
| Community Rating | User aggregate score 1-5 stars | Trusted signal |
| Update Frequency | Days since last data refresh | Freshness indicator |
Step 3: Interact With the Data
Hover over any row to see a quick preview thumbnail. Click the row to expand full details including price history, size availability, and related items. The Trend Score bar changes color from cool blue (below 50) to hot pink (above 85) to give instant visual feedback on item momentum.
Common Beginner Questions
- Do I need an account? No, browsing is completely open and free
- Can I save items? Yes, use browser bookmarks or the built-in watchlist feature
- Is the data real-time? Trend Scores update hourly, while inventory refreshes every 6 hours
- Why are some cells blank? Items with insufficient community data show N/A until more ratings are collected
- How accurate are the ratings? Ratings aggregate from verified user interactions across the platform
